Work Planning and Career Development: self-reviews open next week

Dear colleagues,
The annual self-review for the Work Planning and Career Development cycle for 2018-19 will open from next Wednesday 23 January and close on Friday 29 March. It can be accessed through Staff Online at https://www.westernsydney.edu.au/staffonline.
This is an opportunity to review your 2018 Work Objectives and Career Development Plan and to forward plan for 2019-20.
Please note: This year the review process will not be extended beyond the closing date, Friday 29 March. If a staff member is on any form of prolonged leave during the review period (23 January – 29 March) they will have the opportunity to complete an alternate process which can then be uploaded to MyCareer Online as evidence of process completion.
