Tririga: Archibus system replacement go-live date - Monday 11 February

The Office of Estate and Commercial has been working with ITDS on the development and implementation of a new Integrated Work Management System, Tririga, which will replace Archibus.
The go-live date for Tririga is Monday 11 February.
There is no change to the way in which maintnenance works are requested. To report routine maintenance or lodge a facilities request, please complete the online webform via the following link: https://www.westernsydney.edu.au/oecservice. If your request is urgent, please call the Contact Service Centre directly on 02 9852 5800 (x5800).
An email notification from Tririga will be issued to the requestor with the Service Request ID in the subject line.
It is anticiapted that there will be no impact to clients, however any questions regarding the change may be directed to oec_enquiries@westernsydney.edu.au
