Did you know that about 40% of heart attacks in women are fatal and many occur without prior warning?
Did you know that the majority of women don’t realise it’s their leading cause of death?
Did you know that women can experience different symptoms of a heart attack to men?
Wear Red Day is on Thursday 14 February. Please help us increase awareness by wearing red to work. We encourage you to get together with your team for morning tea or lunch and send us your pictures for our Best Dressed competition. The winner will take home a brand new Fitbit! Western Unlimited will also be offering heart healthy food choices on this day, so why not go and pick up a heart healthy bite to eat with your colleagues for lunch?
