'Women and Wellness' is an event hosted by Talent and Leadership Development, with Dr Freya MacMillan, Senior Lecturer in Interprofessional Health Services from the School of Science and Health, who will offer an interactive session with strategies and mindfulness activities to promote wellness. Our guest speaker will be Dr Carolyn Ee from the NICM Health Research Institute.
