On behalf of Talent and Leadership Development and network host/facilitator Dr Dorothea Bowyer (Engaged Parent Network, or EPN), all staff are invited to register for a seminar on ‘Balancing Parenting and Work in Higher Education’.

The day will enable you to network, with a focus on what is needed to increase the ‘visibility of parenting’ at Western (which is one of the EPN objectives).

This event will consist of interactive discussions around ‘parenting in higher education', with a focus on the impact that a ‘career break can have on professional identity’. Western guest speakers include Dr Anne Jamison, Dr Michelle Moffitt, Melissa O’Leary and Dr Sandra Garrido.
