The TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment: Course for Educators (run by The College RTO) has been created with educators in mind, including new techniques and hacks for effective delivery. This course gives you the opportunity to learn from experts, add to your qualifications, share your knowledge and learn from your peers.
The TAE40116: Course for Educators aims to equip you with VET-specific knowledge and skills.
It will enable you to:

* Deliver training in a competency-based learning environment
* Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills
* Design competency-based learning programs and assessment tools
* Assess competency-based outcomes
Included are sessions from experts on language, literacy and numeracy, adult education, facilitation techniques, competency-based training and assessment, and vocational education.

Dates: Friday 12 July and Friday 26 July (enrolments close one week prior. Please contact The College on the details below for additional dates).
Location: 1PSQ, Parramatta City campus
Course duration: 12 months (10 x one day face-to-face workshops in the first six months)
Cost: $3500 - special offer of $2,500 for all courses booked by 31 December 2019.
