Conflict can have impacts on both work performance and personal stress. The ability to manage or resolve conflicts is a critical skill in the workplace and in life generally. Conflict can paralyse us, or it can challenge us to seek new ways to either resolve conflicts or manage them better.
This program will enable you to think about conflict situations from different perspectives and look for resolutions that are based in empathy and positive outcomes for all. The program is suitable for reflecting on workplace conflict situations between individuals and within groups, and can be applied even in the most emotive situations.
This workshop will enable participants to:
------------------------------------------------
* Explore common causes, factors and issues involved with conflict.
* Explore frameworks and options for mapping conflict and planning to manage it effectively.
* Raise awareness of your own and others different working and communication styles to enhance understanding for dealing with different people constructively.
* Identify practical strategies and options for managing emotions effectively.
* Consider appropriate and practical communication techniques for managing conflict constructively.
TLD looks forward to your participation in our courses.
