Appreciating diversity in the workplace is about building mutual respect among employees. We work in groups or teams comprised of people who have different work styles, or with colleagues who represent different cultures or generations. Building a synergistic work environment is important to enhance productivity and engagement.

The Everything DiSC® profile explores different work styles and provides useful insights into where we may need to flex our style in order to better meet the needs of our work colleagues, helping us to recognise the many strengths and talents that diversity brings to our workplace. This program will explore strategies to enhance one’s own potential and that of others.

Participation in this program will involve undertaking the Everything DiSC® profile ($120 per person) prior to the workshop, which will take approximately 20 minutes to complete. A link will be sent to all registered staff once registration closes and you MUST complete the profile within three days, to allow time for the report to be generated and prepared for the workshop. Participants may also request an individual debrief of their profile following the workshop.

This workshop aims to:
---------------------------
* Foster an appreciation for different work styles based on the Everything DiSC® profile
* Build strategies to improve communication across different work styles
* Develop the ability to flex work style preferences
* Understand the contribution that different work style preferences bring to a team
* Develop tools to have respectful conversations about unconscious bias.

TLD looks forward to your participation in our courses.
