The TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment: Course for Educators (run by The College RTO number 90319) has been created with educators in mind, including new techniques and hacks for effective delivery. This course gives you the opportunity to learn from experts, add to your qualifications, share your knowledge and learn from your peers.
The TAE40116: Course for Educators aims to equip you with VET-specific knowledge and skills.
It will enable you to:

* Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills
* Design competency-based learning programs and assessment tools
* Assess competency-based outcomes
Included are sessions from experts on language, literacy and numeracy, adult education, facilitation techniques, competency-based training and assessment, and vocational education.

Location: 1PSQ, Parramatta City campus
Course duration: 12 months (10 x one day face-to-face workshops in the first six months)
