Microsoft updates release for staff - Monday 23 March

Software updates to computers are important to keep your computer operating in a secure and robust way.
As such, software updates will be deployed to Windows 10 computers at 9.00am on Monday 23 March.
The installation process will automatically proceed after one week, however you can manually install these updates at a convenient time of your choosing by following these steps:
1) Visit the 'Software Centre' on your machine (for assistance refer to this knowledge article: KB0011232)
2) Choose to install the update immediately or set a more convenient time (for assistance refer to knowledge article KB0014447 in the IT Portal)
Please note, when an update is deployed to computers, on screen messages will periodically remind you that they are available for installation.
Microsoft periodically release software updates to support their operating systems and ITDS manages the update selection, testing and the deployment to your computer on a monthly cycle.
