Notice of Wednesday 8 April meeting of the Board of Trustees

The next meeting of the Board of Trustees will be held on Wednesday 8 April via Zoom.
A number of items are dealt with in open session, however there will also be a closed session (limited to Board members and senior University officers) to deal with any confidential matters. The time for open and closed session varies, depending on the nature and volume of business before the Board.
At its meetings, the Board receives reports and considers recommendations from its Committees, the Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor and the Chair of Academic Senate. Board members also have the opportunity to raise any matters of relevance to the Board.
