It also connects you to other industry professionals.
Run by The College RTO, the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment allows you to study online and become a fully qualified Trainer and Assessor, from the comfort of your own home. Our trainers are highly qualified, supportive, and committed to your professional development and success.
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment aims to equip you with VET-specific knowledge and skills.
It will enable you to:

* Deliver training in a competency-based learning environment
* Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills
* Design competency-based learning programs and assessment tools
* Assess competency-based outcomes
Included are sessions from experts on language, literacy and numeracy, adult education, facilitation techniques, competency-based training and assessment, and vocational education.
