'Culture eats strategy for breakfast and leadership eats culture for lunch'. In today’s modern workplace and with new methods of working in an ever changing world, culture within teams has become more important than ever before as we strive for success. In this course, we will look at and discuss examples of positive workplace cultures and discuss strategies that you can use to develop a high performing team. Participants will learn strategies to understand their team members and help them to develop as individuals and importantly, as a team overall. Featuring break-out sessions and opportunities to be interactive, this fun course is recommended to those leading a small team, newly in leadership or those interested in moving into a leadership role.

This online program will enable participants to:
-------------------------------------------------------
* Understand the different stages of a team’s development and seeing where your team sits
* Learn strategies to deal with resistance to change
* Learn strategies to develop a culture of trust and transparency
* Understanding who is on your team beyond surveys and personality tests
* Developing your team 'remotely' and getting the most out of an 'online' team
