Get the most out of Grade Centre

Examination period has begun! That means it’s time to make sure you know how to set up your semester’s Grade Centre, ready for easy transfer of marks to Banner (Student Management System – SMS).
Why? Grade Centre is the gold standard when it comes to grading at Western. Presently, some are unfamiliar with Grade Centre – that’s where we come in! Our team are ready to support you to use this new system.
Learning Futures, in partnership with Specialist Application Systems (SAS), are running regular sessions over the next two weeks to help you transfer student marks into Grade Centre.
In these sessions, we’ll cover:
* How to download, edit and upload marks to the Grade Centre.
* Transferring and mapping marks to Banner/SMS.
* Column Organisation - How to hide/delete and rename columns.
* Creating and editing different types of columns for Grade Calculation.
