FREE Communications Course

We invite all female identifying professional and academic staff to join actors and graduates of the National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA), Anna Houston and Les Chantery, for a ZOOM workshop on Confident Communication.
The two-hour workshop - presented on Thursday, 30 March - has been developed specifically for Western Sydney University with the primary objective of equipping female identifying professional and academic staff with the tools and techniques to communicate with greater confidence and clarity in a range of professional contexts.
The workshop will cover:
* Understanding the building blocks of personal presence
* Vocal and physical techniques to enhance personal presence
* Physical and psychological tools to develop confidence and clarity
* Strategies to control nerves and achieve greater flexibility and presence when dealing with challenging conversations
