If you haven't already done so, please activate your WesternAccount. If you have, and are still having problems, check that your password hasn't expired, reset it if you need to at Manage WesternAccount. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact the IT Helpdesk via the MyIT Portal, or by email or by phone on 02 9852 5111 (extension 5111)
If you are not a permanent staff member and require access to IT services and authenticated web sites, please ask your supervisor to complete a Services Request.
