This practical workshop will enhance each participant's ability to provide an exceptional customer service experience through developing emotional, informational and technical customer service skills, including the ability to handle day to day customer interactions with a professional attitude. Participants will also develop skills to enable them to effectively manage difficult interactions and complaints.
This workshop will enable participants to:

* Develop skills to assess customer service against a national benchmark
* Define emotional and informational needs of customers and develop skills and strategies to effectively manage these needs
* Develop the skills to manage conversations both on the telephone and face to face at an appropriate quality standard
* Effectively use professional communication to meet customers' needs
Refreshments are provided, including a light lunch.
