Introduction to Project Management
------------------------------------------------
Dates: 13 March or 25 July
Project Management has become a critical organisational skill. This course is the first in a three-part training series that will provide you with underlying knowledge and best practices to successfully manage any type of project. The introduction course teaches essential project principles for anyone involved in projects. The course aims to provide a structured approach to planning your project and setting it up for success.

Intermediate Project Management
----------------------------------------------
Dates: 8 May or 28 August
Project Managers and teams are more successful when they use best practice techniques and processes in their projects, no matter the scale or type of the project. This course is the second in a three-part training series that will provide you with underlying knowledge and best practices to manage a range of projects. It will build on your understanding of project management basics and will take a structured approach to managing and tracking your project to achieve your goals. The course will also focus on stakeholder engagement, communications and project team management.

Advanced Project Management
-------------------------------------------
Date: 23 October
This course is the final in a three-part training series that will provide you with project management methods and best practices to bring your project to the next level. It will help you apply your project management processes and tools throughout the project life cycle. The course will focus on viability and value of the project, rather than just seeing a project to its end.

Projects Network
------------------------
Dates: 1 May and 13 November
This networking event will bring together experienced and aspiring project practitioners from across the university to share their experiences and knowledge in project management. With a different theme at each session, it provides an environment for project management professionals to have an ongoing interaction around project management topics of interests. Participants can share project case studies and lessons learned whilst building a community of practice. Join us to also explore new ideas, approaches and industry updates that can help you deliver your project successfully.
