Group lecture: SIMS Techniques and Applications, with Dr Rong Liu - Tuesday 2 April

Please join the Nanoscale Organisation and Dynamics Group at the lecture; 'Advance Secondary Ion Mass Spectrometry (SIMS) Techniques and Applications in emerging Materials and Biological Science'.
SIMS is one of the most powerful characterisation techniques for materials, chemistry, physics, and biology because of its unique capabilities to provide trace sensitivity, excellent depth and lateral resolution.
Dr Rong Liu will be giving a succinct review on the basic principles of SIMS, followed by a description of the current status on the SIMS technique.
