This session is designed for people who will be acting as recruitment Convenors or Panel Members. This new half-day program is required as a refresher for people who completed 'Recruiting the Right Person: Behavioural Interviewing' more than five years ago.
New Western staff who have completed similar training in other organisations and have some interviewing experience should also attend this session, before serving on a recruitment panel at Western.
The focus for this session is on understanding the Western Sydney University recruitment and selection process, including applying behavioural interviewing techniques.
