GIPA Contract Reporting Obligations

Have you entered into a contract worth over $150,000 this month?
Has your school /department entered into a contract or purchased items with a value greater than $150,000 (including GST)
Yes? We need to know about it. The University must comply with the Government Information Public Access (GIPA) Act. To do so the University must publish a register of current contracts and purchases that have an estimated value greater than $150,000.
How to comply?
TEE up
T – TRIM the document (contact RAMS@westernsydney.edu.au for assistance)
E – Enter the details onto the GIPA SharePoint registry (Located here: https://westernsydneyedu.sharepoint.com/sites/Collab/GIPA/Lists/GIPA_Register/AllItems.aspx
E – Email contract.management@westernsydney.edu.au once completed
