Free Zoom exercise classes - with a personal trainer!

Kitikana at Home is a free eight-week culturally proficient exercise program for people of all ages. The program is facilitated by Coach Marc, an accredited personal trainer, and brought to you by the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Health and Wellbeing team.
We stream our fitness programs direct to you, in your home, via Zoom. Feel free to distribute the information to your colleagues!

Full-body Fitness Mondays

A jam-packed session that incorporates simple exercises, with a fun, playful element to get the heart racing
Dance Magic Wednesdays

A high-intensity dance workout that will get everyone busting a move
Knock out Fridays

A fun shadow boxing class that improves total fitness, upper body strength and develops coordination

About Marc

With a Diploma in Personal Training and Nutrition, Marc has been a Personal trainer in the fitness industry for 15 years, training clients both nationally and internationally, from beginners to sports professionals, with a background in dance, martial arts, sprinting, ice hockey, tennis and circus arts. He comes with a wealth of knowledge to help you achieve your fitness goals and have fun doing it. Whether it is to lose weight, gain muscle, sports specific or any other fitness goal, Marc will give you the motivation, instruction and support to help you every step of the way.
