This workshop will provide the foundational tools, concepts,models and information to engage in coaching conversations in the workplace. Coaching conversations can be applied to a wide range of workplace situations including problem-solving, learning, development and performance conversations. This is a practical workshop that will enable participants to develop confidence (through practice and reflection) in applying the tools and information to make a difference in a short time.
This online program will enable participants to:

* Understand what coaching is and how it can be applied in the workplace
* Assess coaching needs in the workplace
* Discover practical tools to start coaching immediately
* Understand the role of coaching in promoting an empowering culture
* Practice the steps and techniques of coaching (skill develops over time)
* Access resources (eg GROW model) to build on their skill and confidence in coaching and leadership generally
* Build capability and confidence in coaching and leadership
