System outage - Tracking Subject Changes (TSC) - 17 April - 30 April

An essential system outage scheduled for the Tracking Subject Changes (TSC) system will take place between 17 April - 30 April. This outage is necessary to carry out a data upgrade in the TSC form to ensure alignment with the Handbook.
During this outage period, the TSC system will be temporarily unavailable for the submission of new subject variations. The system will be back up and running for subject variations on 1 May. If you require any assistance during this downtime, please be aware that EPS will still be able to generate D23s.
If you currently have a TSC form in progress, we recommend getting in touch with Education and Academic Program Services for support in completing the form before the scheduled outage. Outstanding forms will be deleted 18 April.
We understand that this may cause some inconvenience, and we apologise for any disruption this outage may bring.
