Service Experience Survey
The Service Experience Survey (previously known as the Enterprise Service Management Survey) is coming earlier this year. We encourage all staff to give their feedback in this survey when it is released so that we have a strong dataset to inform our service improvement journey. Service Health Checks
We will shortly kick off our first service health check! This is where we will work with a service area, look at their available documents, talk to service leaders, service team members and service users to get a full understanding of what is working well and identify improvement opportunities. We are excited to add this too the remit of the program and this will ultimately sit within our service governance framework.
School Operational Support Model
