National Families Week is coordinated by Families Australia each year and this year runs from 13-19 May. The aim of National Families Week is to celebrate the vital role that families play in Australian society.
To mark the week this year Equity and Diversity have partnered with the Sustainability Education and Partnerships team to deliver a children's drawing and poetry competition around the theme ‘One Planet, One People' focusing on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal (SDGs) and how we can make the world a better place for our families in the future.

ENTRIES ARE NOW OPEN but closing soon.

You can download the entry forms from our website and we welcome entries from children and family members of our students, staff and our broader Western community.

The competitions are divided into age categories and prizes will be given for first ($50 gift card) and second place ($30 gift card) in each category.
