An all-staff email from Professor Kevin Dunn was distributed yesterday, providing the summary report from the discussion paper and announcing some short, medium and long term initiatives including the alignment of student misconduct under the Office of General Services (OGS). 2. Lunch & Learn - Mark your calendars! Friday, 10 May at 12:00 PM
The Service Reimagined Program is hosting a virtual Lunch & Learn session to explore the Service Improvement Toolkit. It's a fantastic opportunity to gain insights into understanding service issues and implementing improvements. 3. Service Unplugged Podcast

4. Service Health Checks
We’re kicking off our first service health check! This initiative will involve working with Office of Governance Services (Secretariat) to undergo a health check and support service improvement. We’re excited about this new addition to our program, which will ultimately be integrated into our service governance framework.
