Service Health Checks - Last week, we released a Health Check video on Viva Engage. Our first health check project is underway with Office of Governance Services (specifically, Secretariat Services). The goal is to assess the area's readiness for change and offer service improvement advice prior to change occurring.

Lunch & Learn - Friday, 10 May at 12pm the Service Reimagined Team is hosting a virtual Lunch & Learn session. This event will focus on the Service Improvement Toolkit, offering insights into the toolkit and how it can be used to identify service issues and strategies to address them. Service Experience Survey - Participation in the Service Experience Survey is crucial for making meaningful improvements across our services. By taking part in this annual survey, service areas gain insights into their performance from the user's perspective. It helps identify both successes and areas for improvement, allowing teams to take a targeted approach to enhance their service. Staff feedback drives these changes, encouraging a collaborative effort to improve and learn from each other. We are going to start showing you case studies of how the survey results have triggered actions and improvements in service areas. Your participation in the survey counts and makes a difference, so watch out for these case studies!
