Draft teaching timetable for Spring & 2H – Now open for staff review

The draft Spring and 2H teaching timetable is now available for review at:

Timetabling are managing requests via Western Now. Please submit any timetable change requests via Service Catalog - Staff Portal: https://wsu.service-now.com/staff?id=sc_cat_item&sys_id=1b0c4c231bd2d850c13a0edddc4bcb7d
The timetable will be released to students in draft on Monday 13 May. It would be ideal if major changes have been actioned by this date.
The timetable will become final on 11 June in line with students being able to select their preferences or to self-allocate.
Please feel free to forward this email onto your colleagues to ensure all subjects are checked and correct. Please especially ensure the week patterns (dates) of all timetabled activities are correct.
It is important for the student experience and reporting that the timetable is reflected accurately. If the timetable needs changing in any way, please submit your request as soon as possible.
