Secondment opportunity Digital Learning (Learning Futures) (HEW Level 5)

The Office of the PVC (Learning and Teaching) is looking to recruit a Digital Learning Administrative Officer who will capacity build and support staff with trouble-shooting Learning Management System (LMS) platforms (Blackboard) and other university-supported digital learning tools. This requires good communication and problem-solving skills.
The successful individual will have a proactive mindset, skilled in creative problem-solving, foster a growth mindset, and possess excellent communication abilities. This individual will also thrive in facilitating workshops, 1-on-1 consultations and ensure the completion of WesternNow tickets. They will play a pivotal role in pinpointing common issues, knowledge gaps, and opportunities for enhancement in digital learning technologies. Including the creation of high-quality, just-in-time resources to provide digital uplift.
