The team is currently working on rescoping the program and realigning our priorities with those of the University and our available resources. Our goal is to identify the most impactful initiatives and focus our efforts where they will deliver the greatest value to the organisation. We will keep everyone informed on our progress and provide updates.
Student Misconduct Functional Realignment
Thank you to all those stakeholders who took time out of their schedules to participate in service health check interviews, both from within OGS and from users of the secretariat services. We are wrapping up our final report for this.
Another thank you to all of the governance and compliance officers and school managers who participated in workload analysis discussions over the last couple of week. We are writing up this final report and have identified some key themes that will be useful in determining our future state model.
Our next step is to facilitate several future state design workshops with key stakeholders. These sessions will be instrumental in brainstorming and developing future state ideas. The collaborative input from these workshops will guide us in designing an effective and quality service.
