From: Maureen OBrien

Valid from: Tuesday 25 June 2024 to Friday 28 June 2024

Date: Friday 28 June
Time: 10.00am - 11.00am (45 minutes for presentation and 15 minutes allocated for Q&A)

If you are a researcher, you will need a strong researcher profile to avoid author ambiguity, and to make your research output more 'discoverable'.

Presentation overview:

The purpose of this presentation is to encourage WSU researchers to have a completed author profile.

This presentation will provide an overview of how the different researcher profile platforms interact together. We will be looking at the following platforms in this presentation:

- Scopus author IDs
- ORCiD profile
- Researcher Portal - how to update your author profiles within the portal
- Guidance on adding your publications to the Researcher Portal
- Web of Science Researcher profiles

As part of this training, Maureen O'Brien will be doing a health check on the author profiles of each registrant. Following the presentation, she will email each attendee and provide recommendations on how your author profile can be complete.

If you would like a health check done on your researcher profile, please register by Tuesday 25 June.
