1. Lunch & Learn This Friday! - The virtual Lunch & Learn session hosted by the Service Reimagined team is on this Friday! This session will dive into the Service Improvement Toolkit, offering an overview of it as well as advice on how to operationalise the toolkit. 2. Service Unplugged with Natasha Boyce - This week's episode of Service Unplugged is with Natasha Boyce, the Business Administration Officer at the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Western. Natasha shares insights into her role and the importance of front line operational services in Schools. Don't miss the episode on Thursday!
3. Student Misconduct - The alignment of the student misconduct function under the Office of Governance Services (OGS) is underway. The project team is meeting individually with Governance and Compliance Officers in Schools to discuss the change management approach. A Service Health Check is also underway for OGS (Secretariat Services) to ensure change readiness. 4. Service catalogue - we had a workshop with Office of Governance Services last week. This week we are cataloguing with Western Sydney International and Student Retention and Success. This project is progressing nicely.
