Adobe Creative Cloud Maintenance and Staff Licence Provisioning

As part of our Creative Campus partnership with Adobe, staff (provisioned through HR with a 300**** staff ID) receive a free Adobe Creative Cloud licence. For staff with a 900****, an Adobe Licence will not be automatically provisioned. If you’d like to check your eligibility for a licence, submit the Adobe licence request form in the WesternNow IT Portal and IT will review your request.
To enable this licence provisioning, ITDS will be performing maintenance on the Adobe Service on Saturday 29 June between the hours of 8 am - 4 pm, with an expected outage of 4 hours anywhere within this maintenance window.
For staff members who do not already have a license assigned to you, one will be automatically provisioned on Saturday 29 June. You will receive an official welcome email from Adobe and instructions on how to access your Creative Cloud account once this has been completed.
Please ensure you are logged out of any Adobe products prior to the maintenance window. Once the maintenance is completed, you will need to log in again and verify credentials on all devices. If you are unable to access Adobe Creative Cloud tools after the maintenance window, please contact the Service Desk.
Please note that the outage will only impact staff users of Adobe Creative Cloud and will not affect student users.
