Workshop: Preventing & responding to sexual harassment

These rapid sessions are a refresher for staff and supervisors on practical ways we can all help to prevent and respond to sexual harm at Western Sydney University.
Staff will refresh their knowledge and capabilities to recognise a wide range of respectful and harmful behaviours relevant to the WSU context, and to prevent and respond to sexually harmful behaviours at the University.
The sessions will focus on scenario-based content to help demonstrate a wide span of related behaviours (including casual or less serious incidents), explanation of recent shifted standards and expectations and practical ways to respond to situations which may/not involve sexual harm at the University.
